KSDI's "TEAM NORCAL HQ"
On Friday October 12, 2007, the NCHQKSDI Affiliates gathered at Sigung Cheyenne's dojo for their last "Circuit Training" Session. A wonderful end to a great season was displayed by our team WINNING thier divsions.
ADULT TRAINING CLASS
Sifu Rick will be looking to start an adult training class in the near future. We invite all parents who may be interested, to attend an upcoming "free" in house seminar- details to follow
